How To Register
Complete your child’s registration by following theses steps. Still have questions? Feel free to reach out to me anytime.
Step 1: Fill Out Preschool Registration Form
Complete this registration form, and email a copy to me at stacey@phoenixkindernest.com. Remember to save a copy for your own records.
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation Email
You should receive an email confirming your child’s class registration within 48 hours. If for some reason you don’t receive it, please send me a quick call/text/email, so we can make sure your student’s seat in class is reserved.
Step 3: Pay Registration Fee
Go to Payment Portal to pay your registration fee. (Seat in class is not reserved until registration fees have been paid.)
Step 4: Register for Desired Afterschool Classes
Fill out the After School Program Registration Form, and email a copy to stacey@phoenixkindernest.com. Remember to keep a copy for your records.
Step 5: Set up Monthly Tuition Payments
Go to the Paymet Portal to setup your tuition payments. While automatic payments are preferred, you can also make monthly payments. Remember to pay by the 1st of each month to avoid late fees.
